Mediation Services
What is mediation?
Mediation is a cost effective way to help to resolve disputes, which involves an independent 3rd party who will help both sides to reach an agreement.
I provide mediation services to help resolve;
- Workplace disputes and conflicts
- Family disputes
- Neighborhood disputes
- Contract disputes
- Couple disputes
I provide a safe, non-judgmental and impartial service which enables both parties in the dispute to be heard and listened to, with the aim of reaching an agreement which is agreeable to both parties.
Once an agreement has been reached a mediation agreement will be drawn up between the two parties.
All mediation meetings are completely confidential and no information will be shared outside of the mediation meeting.
COSTS
1st party meeting (1 1/2 hours)
This meeting takes place with each of the disputants individually, providing them with 1 1/2 hours to talk through the issues and how things are from their perspective. This meeting will enable the disputants to present their issues, thoughts and feelings in a confidential and safe space.
2nd party meeting (1 1/2 hours)
After each of the disputants have been given the opportunity to discuss their issues and concerns, a 2nd party meeting will be arranged which brings both disputants together with the mediator to work through the issues presented. This meeting aims to provide the disputants to have uninterrupted talking time to talk through their thoughts and feelings with the other disputant and the mediator. The aim of this meeting is to reach a mediation agreement which is acceptable for both parties.
1st party meetings £80.00 each x 2
