Counselling provides you with a confidential place to go, someone to talk to - someone who will listen, and someone to explore your thoughts, feelings and difficulties with and to find ways to resolve or manage your difficulties more effectively.
Lucy is a Counsellor, Registered Member of the BACP (MBACP) and MNCS (Accredited) works to the BACP Code of Ethics providing Counselling and Mental Health support services.
